RPAA's Annual Party for the Arts

RPAA’s Annual Party for the Arts takes place on November 7, 2024, in support of enriching a more vibrant performing arts community. This year’s theme is Disco Inferno featuring an exciting lineup of local artists in addition to headliners The Trammps ft. Earl Young. Boogie the night away and enjoy performances by Richmond artists, heavy hors d’oeuvres, an open bar, a dessert reception, a silent auction, and a special awards presentation.

Arts Education Awards Presentation
We are excited to honor three individuals who exemplify arts education in the greater Richmond community with the following awards:

The SUPPORT AWARD, sponsored by Genworth, will be given to a teaching artist who models high-quality arts integration in their residencies, in SUPPORT of classroom teachers. 
The NURTURE AWARD, sponsored by Atlantic Union Bank, will be given to a performing arts educator who NURTURES the artists of tomorrow through exemplary arts instruction in the K-12 classroom.

The THRIVE AWARD, sponsored by Kinsale, will be given to a leader in Arts Education who creates spaces in the community for the arts to THRIVE.
